Swagelok Cell

> Swagelok Cell

The Swagelok cell is a custom electrochemical cell that allows for easy assembly and disassembly in an airtight system designed by Jason Huang with help from Stephanie Matson and Regina Garcia (Post-doc Archer Group). The current cell allows for either 2 or 3 probe set-ups. Details about using the cell can be found in Swagelok cell instructions.

The Swagelok is composed of a T-shaped housing, 3 locking nut and seals, stainless steel current collectors, steel conical spring, and plastic stopper and reference electrode housing (Swagelok cell parts list).

The cell has been used in a paper by Matson et al.
